The apartment was well-equipped and clean, with a modern and cute decor. The bedding was clean and the pull-out couch was comfortable for our children. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the pier, and there was a parking garage across the street for convenience. We also appreciated the large TV for the kids to enjoy.
The thin walls made it easy to hear the neighbors' movements, which could be bothersome at times. the narrow and steep stairs could be challenging, especially if you have heavy luggage.

I had a fabulous time staying at a lovely apartment near the sea and promenade. the decor was tasteful and the apartment was clean and well-equipped. the location was perfect, with great pubs and restaurants nearby. I especially loved the large TV and comfortable bedding. It was a great size for my family of four and we had everything we needed for a weekend away.
The address and key pick-up location could have been better described, making it easier to find the entrance. an extra roll or two of toilet paper would have been a nice touch.

Excellent apartment location near sea and promenade, tastefully decorated, clean crockery and utensils, home from home, generous with towels.

our stay at Cannon Place was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shops. The apartment was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Got the property details by email. Wow, the nearest airport is only 100 metres away! Super convenient. And there's free WiFi, so I can post all my glamorous vacation pics.
The "residential area" location was just delightful. Definitely made me feel like a local.

Loved the cute and modern apartment, perfect for my family. Kids enjoyed the large TV. Great location near the pier and parking garage across the street. No trouble entering.
Oh, the entrance and communal area were a sight to behold. Dirty carpet, narrow staircase.

We loved staying at Cannon Place, Central, By Brighton Holiday Lets! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The apartment itself wasvery comfy and tidy, with modern and cute decorations. It. The towels provided were plentiful and the large TV was a hit with our kids. Despite some minor drawbacks such as steep stairs and noisy neighbors, we would still recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway. we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.
